Superstar-Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray July 29th

Hello Beauties,

This weeks beauty superstar winner goes to Clinique's Moisture Surge Face Spray. This product is one of my must haves for the hot drying summer months because it's a light moisturizer in a face spray. I find this facial spray to be very hydrating as it rapidly replenishes skin's moisture level restoring it and leaving the face soft and supple. This spray if left in the fridge can be the ultimate way to refresh and cool down your face instantly. It's recommended for all skin types and can be used in addition to your daily moisturizer, I have oily skin so it's just the right amount of hydration for me in the summer time. Also, you can use it under your makeup as a moist primer base or over your makeup to set it into place. This lightweight moisture face spray can be used several times a day so you can spray your face whenever your skin feels thirsty.

This product is:
*Ophthalmologist tested
*Suitable for contact lenses wearers
*Fragrance-free

I highly recommend Clinique's Moisture Surge Face Spray to everyone especially during the hot summer months, you can find it anywhere Clinique is sold and it's $22.00 a bottle. Thank You very much for viewing my beauty blog. If you have any comments, questions or you would like me to do a review on a specific beauty product please leave a comment in the box below.

Superstar Rapidlash week July 22nd

Hello Beauties,

I hope that your having a great week everyone! This weeks beauty product superstar is Rapidlash eyelash and eyebrow enhancing serum. I was first exposed to Rapidlash when I went to the lady that does my waxing, her eyelashes looked amazing and I asked her what was she doing? That is when she told me about Rapidlash and how she has seen thicker fuller eyelashes in about 4 weeks using it every night before bed. I just had to get my hands on the product and try it out so I purchased it from Ulta and used it for 4 weeks every night.  I've actually cut down wearing mascara everyday because my lashes are thick and full naturally now. I also have been applying the serum to my eyebrows and they have gotten noticeably fuller cutting down the time that I have to fill them in with a pencil. Rapidlash contains:  HEXATEIN 1 complex potent Peptides, Biotin, Panthenol, Amino Acids, Soybean Oil and Pumpkin Seed Extract. I'm now just on maintenance that's recommended,  application of the serum 2 to 3 times a week to continue to enhance and keep your eyelashes and eyebrows conditioned.

Rapidlash is also:
*Paraben and Fragrance Free
*Ophthalmologist and Dermatologist Tested
*Safe for Contact Lens Wearers
*Product not tested on Animals

I highly recommend Rapidlash even to people who have sensitive skin like I do. I know that Rapidlash can be purchased at Ulta for $50.00 and other online sites. I just repurchased Rapidlash at Bed Bath & Beyond for $39.99 and I used my $5.00 coupon in a flyer spending a total of $37.79 which is a great deal for a serum that I know works!

Superstar of the week-Invisibobble July 15th

Hi Beauties,

Happy Wednesday! This weeks superstar is the Invisibobble it was sent to me this week in my Allure Beauty Box. The Invisibobble is an artificial resin hair tie that looks like a cord of an old landline phone. This hair tie works for all types of hair and when removed there are no bumps, ridges or kinks even after hours of wear. Although, looking a bit funny the Invisibobble grips even on active people with very fine hair making it a daily staple in my life. This hair accessory is trending right now because of it's staying power, so remove it carefully to avoid yanking out any hair. I highly recommend this product it comes in all colors and is around $8.00 for a box of 3 pieces....but you can find deals online.

Beauty Superstar of the Week

Hello Beauties,

Happy Friday! The beauty superstar of this week is the new Estee Lauder Sumptuous Infinite Mascara. I feel this is a great mascara especially for summer because it's sweat proof, humidity resistant, clump resistant, flake proof and smudge proof. This mascara has a 10 hour wear and comes in 2 shades black and brown. What is so unique with this mascara is that it has stretchable fibers that are fused onto the lashes making the fibers go beyond the tips of lashes as the mascara dries setting and locking in length. The mascara brush has dual short bristles that add volume on one side and an extended comb that separates and styles each lash on the other side. I feel that $26.00 for this mascara  is a great price, and if you want added drama you can pair it with Estee Lauder's Lash Primer Plus Full Treatment Formula for $24.00   I highly recommend this mascara and every time I wear it I get great complements on how beautiful my lashes are and it's easy to remove at the end of the day.

Formula Facts:
*Ophthalmologist Tested
*Suitable for contact lens wearers
*Fragrance-free

Tuesday Tips!

Hello Beauties,

I know it's been a very long time since I've posted a blog SURPRISE! This Tuesday tip is to make sure that you put your lipsticks into a cool environment. If your out in the heat choose a lipgloss instead because lipsticks will melt into a mess in the container.

Tuesday Tip January 13th 2015

Hello Beautiful,

This weeks tip is to write down the date of opening on beauty packaging so that way you can keep track of how long the beauty product has been in use. I do this especially with my mascara's to see when to change the tube out for a new one.

Rule of thumb (toss it if):

*The beauty product smells
*Product is inconsistent/clumpy while in use
*looks different from when originally opened

Thank you for viewing my Tuesday Tip,
Heather Williams

P.S. Stay tuned to next weeks Tuesday Tip

Sephora Gradual Self Tanning Body Lotion

Hello Beautiful,

This weeks featured beauty product is the Sephora Gradual Self Tanning Body Lotion. A week ago I went spray tanning for the first time at a salon here in Santa Barbara, CA and I had streaks and inconsistent color throughout my body. So, I took it upon myself to find a beautiful winter glow lotion that actually works. I've tried so many different self tanners and I finally found one that works, the Sephora brand self tanning body lotion. I have light skin so I wanted to find a gradual self tanner that gradually gives me a glow. This sun in a tube body lotion gives skin a natural looking golden glow over a course of applications and does not streak. This self tanner provides long-lasting deep hydration with out leaving a greasy sticky film do to the Hydro Senn+ enriched formula. It's Dermatologically tested and has no Parabens, Sulfates or Phthalates.

Recommended tips:
*Exfoliate skin prior to application
*Wash your hands thoroughly after each application
*Be constant in your application until you reach the shade desired

I highly recommend Sephora's Gradual Self Tanning Body Lotion to anyone. What I love most about this product is the thick consistency of the lotion because it's very hydrating to my dry winter skin and it's just a bonus that I'm getting a beautiful golden tan as well. I also like the fact that I can use it on my face and not have any breakouts. I paid $37.00 for the spray tan for one time, this lotion is only $16.00 and the tube of body lotion lasts several weeks. I'm going to stress that this is a gradual self tanner so it takes about 6 hours to start showing a golden glow so I usually put it on right before bed and I'm glowing by the morning.

Aveda New Botanical Kinetics Energizing Eye Creme

Hello Beautiful!

Happy New Year! Aveda has a new eye cream out called Botanical Kinetics Energizing Eye Creme. It uses vital complex energy from plants to give your skin a boost around the eye area. This new eye creme is a multi-tasker it helps reduce visible puffiness and uses Licorice Root and Coffee Bean extracts to diminish the appearance of dark circles. The Botanical Kinetics Energizing Eye Creme is 98% naturally derived, Ophthalmologist tested and great for all skin types. This eye creme is great for me because I have dark circles and puffiness under my eye's and when I apply concealer over it the eye cream blends very nicely and masks the darkness and puffiness. I recommend this eye cream for anyone, it's $35.00 which I think is a great price for all that it delivers.
